Meeting Great-Grandparents

We were so fortunate Tyler got to meet his great-grandparents for the first time this week.  My nana and papa live in Crowell, Texas and made the trip with my aunt down to Boerne this week.  We loved having them here to spend time with.

To Grammie's House We Go

We took Tyler to Dallas for the first time last weekend.  It was quite an adventure to be in the car with a 10 week old for 5+ hours...but we survived!  He really did great considering how long the trip was.  Mom and dad made the trip so special having all the comforts of home..even his lambie swing (as we call it).  We had a wonderful weekend...eating mexican food, going to church, relaxing at home, swimming for the first time and visiting friends.

All dressed up and ready for church

Tyler's first swim..he liked it (I think because the water was so warm it felt like the bath!)
It was late in the evening even though it looks like the middle of the day!

2 Months

The time has flown!  We can't believe Tyler is already 2 months old!  He is doing well and we are enjoying every minute with our sweet boy.  He had his 2 month appointment with pediatrician on Monday and he weighed 10 lbs 7 ounces which put him into the 25th percentile for weight and his length was 23.5 inches which put him in the 75th percentile for length.  He is long and lean!  Tyler has started smiling and cooing now which is very fun.  We love getting to interact now.  Here are a few photos of the past 2 months...
